FLV Playback with Captions 2.2 Flash script

FLV Playback with Captions component allows for the playback of a FLV file. The component allows for the playback of a FLV file (external or internal) with the addition of providing captions for users. The file is fully documented and the captions are provided through two arrays (one for the time to invoke the caption and the other for the text). Simply drop the movieclip into your project and change the variables to configure. There is the option to change variables such as the alpha transparencies and animation of the play button and caption pane.

Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
